Employment Based Immigrant Visas
I am a person of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business,
or athletics
Persons of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business,
or athletics do not have to have a specific job offer so long as they are entering
the U.S. to continue work in the field in which they have extraordinary ability.
Such applicants can file their own petition with the INS, rather than through an
employer. If this type of visa petition is granted, the petitioner will be given
an immigrant visa (“green card”).
Applicants in this category must have extensive documentation showing
sustained national or international acclaim and recognition in the field of expertise.
Rosenblatt Associates can help you determine whether you are
an appropriate candidate for this type of employment-based visa. If you are, our
firm can help you present the strongest case possible to substantially increase
your success in obtaining your visa
